As a former executive in the US retail industry with more than 20 years experience in fashion, sales and marketing, Dorothy works with CEO’s to Directors that span over 15 different industries and has developed personal brand solutions to provide the edge for leaders in presenting and marketing their personal best.
In 2008 and 2009 Dorothy was nominated for the RBC Canadian Woman Entrepreneur Award. She has once again received the honour of being nominated for 2010. Dorothy provides mentoring to Savoir Faire Professionals in helping build effective Mastermind groups that support the career development of young female professionals.
In addition to her role as a brand specialist, coach, facilitator, guest speaker and mother, Dorothy's dedication goes beyond the professional community. She offers her time to several organizations though is actively committed to working with women that have experienced violence. Dorothy helps them to reclaim who they really are. Her process empowers them by providing the right tools to create a positive influence on their life, their children and their future.
