This is one of the most profound and practical books I have ever read. It holds up the mirror for us to reflect on how we communicate and behave. It gives examples of how we provide excuses for ourselves instead of accepting the responsibility of our shortcomings. We all do it and this book offers us the opportunity to change.

The book reveals that the great decision makers aren’t the one’s who process the most information, they are the ones that have mastered the art of ‘thin slicing’. ‘Thin slicing’ is how we naturally form opinions and make judgments instantly.
